If you have just plugged your chair in, it will turn on and provide a flickering light like a campfire.  This indicates that the chair is on and in the process of heating up.

You sure can.  Get the Wrmth app from the app store for your iPhone and follow the simple instructions to connect it to your chair

Your chair will flash blue for 20s after you connect your iPhone to it. The chair will stop flashing afterward, but your phone remains connected.

I got a message saying the chair was disconnected. What should I do?

for a variety of reasons this may happen occasionally, perhaps you went inside to get a drink and took your phone out of range. Never fear.  Simple hit the retry button on your app, or reconnect by hovering over the logo and you will be reconnected and ready to continue enjoying your Wrmth experience.
